Joyce and our Model

At Joyce we have three main tenets to our programming: Preschool, Summer Camp, and Parent Programming. The mission of Joyce Preschool is to provide children from diverse ethnic, linguistic, and economic backgrounds with developmentally and culturally appropriate preparation for success in school and lifelong learning Our model not only strives to provide children with high quality early childhood education, but a way to connect with parents and families to create a bond that can be felt throughout the Joyce community.

Preschool

Joyce’s Preschool Programming is designed to provide children with high quality access to a dual immersion (Spanish – English) learning experience that prepares them for Kindergarten.

Summer Camp

Joyce’s annual summer camp serves ages 3-8 and encourages exploration of Spanish Language and Latin American culture through a variety of weekly themes.

Parent Programming

At Joyce, parents are encouraged to get involved! Whether it is through volunteering in the classroom or for events, or attending La Asociación de los Padres workshops, we know how important it is to cultivate relationships with parents as well as their children.
